   • Provide clear photo evidence of the damage to the item.
     Once your return request is approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Refund Process
   If a replacement cannot be provided due to stock unavailability or other issues, a refund may be issued. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
